At TheVane we're committed to providing you with unique products for trips and your daily life at great prices. To do so, we are mindful of other costs such as returns processing. Additionally, because we're refreshing our selection from our brand partners to offer you a perennially refreshed selection, we require eligible returns to be sent back to the brands that shipped them to you.

This also means we're unfortunately unable to accept returns for some items.

Eligibility varies by product type and country. We are currently able to accept returns on eligible items shipped to the U.S. and Canada addresses. Orders shipped to other countries are considered final sale.

The following return and exchange policy applies to TheVane orders shipped to U.S. addresses.

Non-Returnable Items

Below, you will find a breakdown of non-returnable items shipped to a U.S. location. All other products are returnable. TheVane reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise the list of non-returnable items at any time.

Swimwear must be returned in its original condition, unworn and with original tags and sanitary liners.

All returnable items should be mailed back to the brand shipped from. Your refund of Original Form of Payment will be issued once TheVane's brand partner has received and processed your return. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.

When shipping a return by mail, please follow these guidelines:

Eligible item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the item's ship date (or as otherwise stated in the item's product page).

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Packaging may include hangers, plastic wrap, boxes, and dust bags.
